The Relationship Between Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Well-Being On Employees Of PT. X

Employee Well-Being is a crucial aspect in the world of work that can affect employee satisfaction, commitment and productivity. One of the factors that contribute to Employee Well-Being is Perceived Organizational Support. This study aims to determine the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Well-being ini employees of PT. X. This research uses correlational quantitative method. The subject in this study were 35 staff level employees of PT.X. with saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using the Scale of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) and Employee Well-Being Scale (EWBS). Data analysis was carried out with Pearson correlation test using JASP. The result of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Well-Being in employees of PT. X with a Pearson r value of 0.627 with p<.001 (p<0.005). This shows that the higher the Perceived Organizational Support, the higher the Employee Well-Being and vise versa. Companies that provide more support to employees either thorugh rewards, a conducive work environment, or career development opportunities, can increase Employee Well-Being.
