Understanding of promiscuous sexual behavior is very important for adolescents because adolescence is a transition period that is vulnerable to environmental and social influences. Peer education is an educational approach that involves peers as facilitators or educators, which is considered more effective because of the similarity of experience and age. This study is a study with a pre-experimental design. This study was designed with a one group pre-post test design. The pre-test was given before treatment and the post-test was given after receiving treatment. The sample in this study was all 55 students in grade IX. The results showed that the peer education method was considered effective in increasing students' knowledge of promiscuous sexual behavior. This is proven by the pre-test data with an average of 50.94 increasing in the post-test with an average of 79.25 in the high category. The paired sample t-test statistical test showed p= 0.000 which means p<0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of peer education in the pretest and posttest data.
