THE EFFECT OF WORK LIFE BALANCE ON JOB SATISFACTION WITH ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AS A MODERATOR VARIABLE

This study aims to determine the effect of Work life balance on job satisfaction with organizational culture as a moderator variable on SMKN teachers in Ngawi Regency. The method used is quantitative with 226 teachers as respondents. The sampling technique was using multistage random sampling, and the research questionnaire was distributed using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis. The result of this study is that there is an influence of Work life balance on job satisfaction with a regression coefficient value of 0.231. While organizational culture has a positive influence on job satisfaction with a regression coefficient value of 0.571. In the analysis of moderator variables, organizational culture contributes to increasing the influence of Work life balance on job satisfaction with an increase in the R Square value of 0.295.
