Cybersex behavior among adolescents and college students is increasing along with easy access to the internet and pornographic content. One of the most common forms of cybersex behavior is accessing pornographic sites. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of ReTaS-C (Remaja Tangguh Bebas Cybersex) training in reducing cybersex behavior among college students. This training is based on increasing self-control which includes aspects of behavioral control, thought control, and decision control. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. Participants were 13 college students aged 18–19 years who were selected through a simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used a cybersex behavior scale developed based on indicators of activity, reflection, pleasure, and stimulation. Data analysis was carried out using a paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS software version 27. The results of the normality test showed that the data were normally distributed. The average pretest score of 65.08 decreased to 54.92 in the posttest. The t-test showed a significance value of 0.033 (p <0.05), which means there was a significant difference between the scores before and after training. This shows that ReTaS-C training is effective in reducing cybersex behavior in students. Although the correlation between pretest and posttest was not significant, the intervention provided a positive impact on changes in participant behavior. This study recommends the development of a more comprehensive training module and involving a larger number of subjects to obtain more representative results. In addition, a qualitative approach can be used in further research to explore the subjective experiences of participants in more depth.
