HUBUNGAN ANTARA WORK FAMILY CONFLICT DENGAN PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY PADA PEGAWAI WANITA

Banyaknya tenaga kerja wanita yang bekerja maka banyak pula wanita yang menjalani peran ganda yaitu tenaga kerja wanita yang berperan di dalam keluarga juga berperan dalam karirnya. Work family conflict merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi psychological safety. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara work family dengan psychological safety pada pegawai wanita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pegawai wanita yang bekerja di instansi. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini memakai teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 133 orang. Instrument pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala work family conflict yang diadaptasi dari Netemeyer, McMurrian, dan Boles (1996) dan menngunakan skala psychological safety beradsarkan aspek Kahn (1990). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan analisis data korelasi pearson product moment dan didapatkan koefisien yang korelasi (r) = 0,299 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar = .000 (p<0,05) artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan work family conflict dengan psychological safety pada pegawai wanita. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan semakin tinggi work family conflict maka semakin tinggi pula psychological safety pada pegawai wanita.
